A heartfelt eulogy to some recently purged polishes:(. Sniff, sniff

Dearly departed,

We gather here today to mourn the loss of a big chunk of my nail polish collection.

Sadly, the polishes in the above photo are used up. All gone.

They made for good base coats and nail art though. Sniff. Sniff.

Lord, Jesus they were so pretty; too sexy for their own dam, bottles!

I'm going to miss their creamy, sparkly, shimmery finishes. Sniff.

I'm very thankful for all of the prettiness they brought into my life, onto my nails.

May they rest in polish peace.

Polishes used in this post include Revlon Jelly, Borghese Raspberry Sorbetto, Aldo Teal the Spotlight, Revlon Metallic, N.Y.C. Love Letters, Wet n Wild Inferno, N.Y.C. Fashion Avenue Fuchsia, Sally Hansen Mystic Lilac, 10 second Roll Back Prices and Revlon Winter Mist.

  1. I have never used a whole bottle of polish ever. Wow, I am so impressed. LOL i really wish all polish companies made mini bottles of nail polish.

  2. Hey Crystal! That's so funny. When I've used about three quarters of a bottle of polish, then it's time to start purging it either by using it for nail art (dots, designs) or arts and craft projects. I don't do well with mini bottles of polish because it's just not enough polish for me, especially since I like to use three coats.

  3. Used up?! That is VERY impressive! You may be sad to see them go, but you sure got the most out of them :)
