DIY: inexpensive candy holder

My girl Marrietta over at My Guide to a Girl's World gave me lots of cute, little gifts, including candy, for my birthday. I wanted to display the candy in a nice and inexpensive way so I decided to simply paint daisies on a cheap jar:

My kitchen theme is daisies and this mat was my inspiration for the project:


The polishes I used were "Lightening" and "Emerald City" from Sally Hansen and "Rustic" from Wet n wild:

I got the jar from the dollar store. Holla.
